Website development from initial study to a high-performance website or application
When creating a website, we start with the business brief, conduct market research, design a marketing strategy, build the brand, and select the most suitable technology for the website’s needs. We measure results and optimise for maximum performance.
What kind of websites and
apps do we create?
Our website development process
The Initial Study is our methodology, which we have been refining since 2015 across more than 100 completed projects. It makes us unique in the Czech market. It helps us identify business opportunities throughout the customer journey and design optimal (not only) digital solutions for their implementation.
01
Introductory workshop
Together with you, we will analyse your business process and identify opportunities where we can use digital solutions to help you better reach your target audience, achieve higher performance or increase efficiency.
02
Customer satisfaction research
We talk to your customers to find out what matters to them when making decisions and what motivates them. We conduct structured in-depth interviews and user testing.
03
Data Analysis
By combining data from Google Analytics, data from analytical tools for competitor and keyword analysis, data from smart business databases, and statistical data on market size, we create the data foundation for analysing the current situation and opportunities for market share growth.
04
Website structure, website model, technical specifications, technology selection
Based on the client’s objectives, customer feedback and data analysis, we prepare a proposal for a website or web application. We create a structure with an outline of the content and objectives of subpages, wireframes or a website model for desktop or mobile. We draw up technical specifications for individual functions and subsequently propose suitable technology.
05
Implementation of the website or web application
Once the Initial Study and website brief are complete, we create the graphics and design in Figma. We then source the content, offering assistance with copywriting and copyediting as well as the creation of photos and videos. We carry out front-end and back-end development, populate the website with content, test it, set up advanced analytics, and launch the website, including redirecting the most visited pages from the existing site.
06
Project Development
In accordance with the selected SLA, we continue to develop the project and make adjustments based on the client’s requirements or on further analyses derived from website monitoring tools such as Google Analytics or HotJar.
How to improve the performance of your current website?
Tender specifications
If you’re not entirely sure how to go about building a website or how to obtain comparable quotes from different suppliers, we can help you draft the tender specifications. When drafting the specifications, we’ll discuss your business with you and take all necessary aspects into account to ensure the result is a successful website or app.

Why and for whom do we create websites?
A website is no longer just a company’s online business card, but a crucial part of the customer’s purchasing process. If a website is confusing and visitors cannot quickly find what they need, they leave, and you lose potential customers.
A well-designed website must be intuitive and provide all the necessary information quickly and clearly. These days, people do their research online, looking for answers to their needs. They often complete the entire purchasing process on the internet, whenever and wherever it suits them. Companies should therefore present themselves where their potential customers spend their time.
A website is like a salesperson working for you 24/7. It is important that it provides a good service and helps build relationships with your customers, rather than losing them due to poor usability and inadequate presentation. Investing in a high-quality website therefore pays off, as it can determine the success or failure of your business.
For which businesses is a website important?
Some companies believe that a website is irrelevant to them, such as B2B manufacturing firms. The opposite is true.
