They will differ in:
- the logo of the relevant brand or product
- the partner’s logo
- the hero banner
- the background colour
- the text description of the competition
You can add 1 to n prizes to each competition
Multiple draw dates with varying numbers of winners can be assigned to each prize
Registration takes place via a form
the unique identifier is the FIK code from the receipt
The receipt must be photographed and uploaded to the system
Automatic draw using an algorithm
A winner and any runners-up are selected
After the draw, the system sends a notification and a list of winners and their prizes to the administrators’ email addresses
If a contestant wins any of the prizes in a given competition, they will not be eligible to win any further prizes (verification is carried out via email) – they will be excluded from further draws in that competition
Communication with winners is handled by the competition organiser or event agency outside the competition portal
A list of entrants and contact details is available for further marketing purposes
All past competitions will be listed in the archive so that winners of a given competition can be traced retrospectively
however, if you require any customisations or features, we can easily programme them to suit your needs
Competition administration
Competitions are created in the admin interface.
Access to the administration panel can be shared with an event agency for a specific competition; this means the event agency will be able to manage a single competition in full, but will not be able to create new competitions or view other ongoing competitions that have not been assigned to them.
