During the data collection and analysis phase, we focus on understanding the client’s needs and examining available data from various sources. We use Google Analytics, keyword research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify patterns, trends, and other key insights for the next steps.

At this stage, based on the information gathered and our analysis, we formulate a specific opportunity or problem, which we then address through digital solutions. This problem definition must be clear and structured, and should reflect the client’s actual needs.

Once the problem has been defined, the next step is to develop and test various solutions. We generate several potential solutions that could address the problem, and then test them against predefined success criteria. We always implement the most effective solution.

Finally, we move on to the monitoring phase. We implement the selected solution and then closely monitor its results. We listen to feedback from both the client and users and adapt our solution as needed to achieve optimal results.
