Project summary
Our collaboration with Notino began with a tender for a new career portal. We were selected based on our references and experience with enterprise projects.
The project involved a needs analysis, in-depth interviews with employees, technical specifications and the development of the portal with advanced features such as an AI full-text search engine, CV parser and watchdog. The portal was delivered on schedule, with a slight delay caused by the client’s internal capacity constraints regarding content. The result is a fully localised portal for 8 countries, which has significantly improved the recruitment process.

Notino is the largest retailer and e-commerce platform in Central Europe in the beauty and health sector. With a history spanning over 21 years, it operates in 8 countries and offers a wide range of products. Despite its long history, it maintains a start-up spirit,
which fosters dynamic growth and innovation. The company focuses on e-commerce and has a strong position as a ‘love brand’ among both customers and job candidates.
Brief
In 2023, Notino had only a local careers site operating in the Czech Republic. With rapid expansion into 8 countries, there was a need for a modern, multilingual careers portal to meet recruitment requirements.
The aim was to create a technically advanced solution capable of handling advanced features such as AI search and integration with an ATS. Renowned firms were approached during the tender process, but many failed the technical test. Key selection factors: experience with enterprise projects, references, and a cultural fit with Notino’s start-up spirit.
