AITOM Digital has been named the winner of the Digital Transformation category and, above all, Project of the Year 2024 in the WebTop100 competition, for its application of the Revenue Operations methodology in a case study demonstrating the benefits for 3DFitness.
The WebTop100 competition
For over 20 years, the WebTop100 competition has been one of the leading Czech competitions; from its original focus on the best corporate websites, it has evolved into an inspiring showcase of the very best in digital marketing. The competition evaluates ideas, innovation and well-thought-out strategies. “WebTop100 is a showcase of brilliant innovative solutions vetted by the industry’s leading experts, who sit on the judging panel,” said Petr Kleiner, chairman of the competition’s judging panel. The evaluation of the best projects for 2024 took place on Thursday 14 November 2024 in Prague as part of the annual conference, where the winning projects and services were also presented.

Revenue Operations’ success in the WebTop100 2024 competition
The winner of the Digital Transformation category and, above all, the Project of the Year 2024 in the WebTop100 competition was AITOM Digital with its application of the Revenue Operations methodology for 3DFitness. Daniel Musil, Lead Revenue Operations Consultant at AITOM Digital, was nominated for the Czech Digital Personality award for his efforts in establishing this methodology on the Czech market, placing him among the 10 most prominent figures in Czech digital marketing.
What did the jury and the project owner appreciate?
The jury particularly praised the demonstrable results of the Revenue Operations project. It was the only project in this year’s competition to receive a 100% score from every judge, losing not a single point. Thanks to the methodology, 3D Fitness implemented nine processes which, in the words of Miroslav Jirčík, owner and CEO of 3D Fitness, helped the company:
- plan turnover in advance and maintain its steady distribution throughout the year
- increase turnover by approximately 30% compared to 2023
- increase profitability through savings in the sales and quotation process

What is Revenue Operations?
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is a methodology that integrates analysis across sales, marketing and customer support with the aim of increasing overall efficiency. RevOps connects processes, tools and data, enabling increased efficiency of individual teams, optimisation of workflows, improved customer experience and, ultimately, revenue growth. RevOps can be incorporated as part of a company’s digital transformation. It typically involves the automation of digital processes, which saves time on routine tasks.
Other award-winning AITOM Digital projects in the WebTop100 competition
Another AITOM Digital project, Corporate Communications for CEVRO University, also received an award. The proposed marketing strategy and the specific steps resulting from it – a new website, content marketing including video production in the form of hero videos and interviews with lecturers, graduates and students – led to the recruitment targets for new students being exceeded.

Third place was also secured by the project ‘Authentic Career Communications’ for NEWPS.CZ s.r.o., which, thanks to the proposed content marketing strategy, expanded the website to include authentic communications from the company’s contact persons via video and other content, helping to showcase the company and streamline the IT firm’s recruitment process.
