facilitate the work of the HR department by automating certain processes.
The result of our collaboration is a modern careers website with a range of features that will streamline the work of Globus’s HR department and help them recruit new colleagues for vacant positions.
Clarity and automation
At first glance, Globus’s career website is simple and clear. Using a filter, it allows users to search for vacancies by location, profession and specific department.

In the list of vacancies, it is easy to find the details of each position, including terms of employment, job description and a quick contact option for further information. Technologically, the website is directly linked to Globus’s recruitment system, from which the information is retrieved. This means that the HR team does not need to manage the careers website separately from the internal database. This saves a great deal of time and helps avoid potential errors in the published information.
The process for loading responses and CVs submitted by candidates works in a similar way – they are uploaded directly into Globus’s HR database rather than remaining in an email or in a data file on the website’s backend.

The website features a blog with articles that are automatically filtered by topic. Furthermore, if a user shares an article on social media, they can attract other potential candidates from the industry covered by the article to the Globus website.

For the technical solution, we chose the reactive Vue.js technology using the Nuxt.js framework. For the back-end, we used the headless content management system Strapi. This modern approach to website development allows the website design to be separated from the system where photos and text are stored. This means both parts can be scaled as required and, if necessary, replaced. Should the website design need to be refreshed in a few years’ time, all data and information can be easily integrated with the new solution without the need to change the content management system (CMS) or repopulate the content.
