Every year, a particular theme takes centre stage. The 15th anniversary edition of the competition was set in ancient Egypt. During the evening, we deciphered codes, learnt hieroglyphs, and the more daring among us could even take a seat on the pharaoh’s throne and thus become equal to the gods.
AITOM won 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place with its projects.
The gold medal goes to Svijany
The gold medal in the Corporate Website/Gastronomy
category was won by the Svijany Brewery
website. The site won by a wide margin, scoring 74%
in the
overall evaluation
. We developed the website in collaboration with the SilentService agency
, which is primarily responsible for fan and media communications.
The Aromi
website came second (59%), followed by PROFICATERING
in third place (50%).
How the jury rated the brewery’s website:
Jan Kolář: “Svijany’s presence is felt with every scroll, and the brand work is top-notch.” Jana Vašáková: “The Svijany Brewery website is clear and user-friendly. It offers interesting information, and the design appeals to consumers.”

Silver for Atrium.cz
In the Corporate Website/B2C Trade and Services category, second place is shared with a combined 74% by the website of the construction firm Atrium, created by our team, and the website of the Palladium shopping centre.
The Smilebox project took the top spot (85%).
How the jury assessed the Atrium website:
Martin Valas: „A simple and well-organised website that effectively showcases individual houses, client testimonials and other content through photographs. It’s a pleasure to spend some time here and read what interests me, as the texts (and indeed all the content here) have been crafted with great care, and the well-designed visual system only enhances this.“ Petr Michl: “The Atrium.cz website feels very robust, yet clear and well-organised. When someone is buying a house, they need a lot of information and are willing to spend time on it. The website offers them plenty of content, which is well-structured and understandable even to a layperson.”

Bronze remains with AITOM
We take home the bronze medal for the aitom.cz website
(68%). Our website competed in the Corporate Website/Marketing and IT Agencies
category.
We were only beaten by the websites of the PragueBest
and HouseofŘezáč
agencies.
How the jury assessed the AITOM website:
Marek Hlavica: The website offers a user-friendly layout and guides visitors along a logical path. At the same time, it allows them to ‘dive’ naturally into points of interest, side paths or the greater depths of specific topics. Lukáš Majzlan: I award bonus points for the fact that the website strives to break away from the norm and utilises a side navigation bar and a full-width layout across the browser. Overall, the website’s design supports brand perception and strengthens its position among target groups.

About the WebTop100 competition
WebTop100 is the largest Czech competition for digital projects. A panel of experts evaluates the four cornerstones of every website
: user experience, graphics, technical solution and content. All medal-winning projects received full marks for their technical solution
. We performed above average in all other categories.
The awards ceremony is preceded by a conference
featuring case studies of the most successful Czech projects, as well as trends and innovations. For the second year running, we had the honour of speaking at the conference. Last year, Jakub Provazník spoke on how
to plan a redesign correctly
; this year, Daniel Musil presented a case study and arguments as to why it makes sense to test email campaigns.
