RevOpsCon – the first conference on Revenue Operations methodology in the Czech Republic – will take place on 29 May 2024 at the Fóra Karlín venue, Event Space WorkLounge. It is aimed at owners and CEOs of medium-sized B2B companies.

AITOM Digital, in collaboration with its partners, is organising the first Revenue Operations conference in the Czech Republic, entitled RevOpsCon. This exclusive event is designed for a maximum of 30 owners or senior managers of medium-sized B2B companies. The conference will take place on 29 May from 9 am to 1 pm at the WorkLounge Event Space in the Fóra Karlín office building in Prague.

If you are looking for a way to improve collaboration between marketing, sales and customer service within your company, then you are surely aware that resolving this situation can have a dramatic impact on better revenue forecasting, revenue growth and the associated optimisation of profitability. This is the essence of Revenue Operations, or RevOps for short. In today’s climate of rising costs, managing profitability is one of the most important goals you face.

According to the US edition of Forbes and numerous consultants, Revenue Operations is one of the most important business topics of the last two years. Here in the Czech Republic, we at AITOM Digital have been focusing intensively on this topic for the past year, and we want to share with you the basic information and principles that you will subsequently be able to implement in your own companies.
