Every year, the Paraple Centre organises the ‘Run for Paraple’ charity event to support wheelchair users with spinal cord injuries. This year’s event took place in Letenské sady. More than a thousand people turned out to support the event this year. Over 300 runners took part in the main 4 km race. The weather was on our side, as were the visitors, and the total proceeds from the race exceeded 870,000 CZK.
We Play Without a Handicap
Seven years ago, Centrum Paraple added another activity to the running race: golf. The ‘Golf for Paraple’ tournament took place on Saturday 6 May under the patronage of Marek Eben. This year, companies and individuals contributed a total of 371,100 CZK, which will once again help those who cannot walk to get back to life.

for the Paraple Centre. And we are planning major changes together with the foundation. We are already planning a redesign of the paraple.cz website, and for fans abroad we are also planning an English version of the site.
