AITOM is on the official list of creative professionals approved by the Ministry of Culture and is therefore eligible to provide these services. What is it about?
- This is support for small and medium-sized enterprises wishing to take advantage of a grant covering up to 85% of the project cost.
- The maximum grant amount is up to CZK 200,000, meaning projects with a maximum value of CZK 235,000 excluding VAT
- This is a quick support scheme; it does not involve long, large-scale grant projects.
How long will it take?
According to the schedule, the process will look roughly as follows:
- 15 January 2024 – official publication of the terms and conditions and application documents here: https://mk.gov.cz/kreativni-vouchery-cs-2918
- 1–29 February 2024 – acceptance of applications for the Creative Voucher via the Ministry of Culture’s Grant Portal – please note that applications will be processed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, so we recommend submitting applications on 1 February 2024
- Spring 2024 – project approval
- Summer 2024 – project implementation
- Autumn 2024 – reimbursement of up to 85% of the project cost
What are the conditions?
- The applicant must be a small or medium-sized enterprise in the Czech Republic and must have been in operation for more than three months
- The applicant may submit a maximum of one application
- The applicant must implement the project with a creative professional listed in the official gallery of creative professionals – https://vouchery.kreativnicesko.cz/galerie-kreativcu (AITOM has been listed in this gallery since the previous call for proposals and we have successfully implemented projects for our clients in the past)
- funds are paid to the applicant retrospectively after the project has been completed
- The project may be carried out in supported fields (web design, UX design, marketing strategy, online marketing, branding, etc.)

What if I’m worried about grants and the paperwork involved?
We understand that the word “grant” can cause anxiety for many people, and they would rather miss out on this support than get bogged down in paperwork. However, this type of Creative Voucher support is being awarded to hundreds of companies, and the funds will be paid out later this year. That is why the Ministry is striving to make the administrative process as simple as possible.
We went through the administrative process with our clients during last year’s call for applications, and it is manageable 🙂 However, if anyone would prefer a completely hassle-free experience, we have a partner who will handle all the administrative work for our clients. And the best news is that our fee for handling the process comes from the project budget; we do not charge the client anything extra.
