What exactly do you do at AITOM?
Put simply, I’m at the very start of the process when it comes to creating new websites, and I also come up with ways to improve websites that are already working for clients. For example, how to optimise conversion paths on them.
I’ve been consulting on and designing websites for 10 years now, and I like to compare them to buildings – after all, there’s no point in building anything without a solid foundation. I see myself as an architect. Step by step, I bring together all the resources and information from the client, add my own experience, and the result is a design for a new website or improvements to an existing one.
I never tire of that process where a concrete structure and design for the website gradually emerges from a multitude of ideas.
What else inspires you in your work?
I’m delighted when I manage to weave a story into a website. Every product and every service has one, even if it isn’t immediately apparent. I can even see a story in an online shop selling electrical components. I enjoy telling the story of a product or service through a perfectly crafted UX and structure.
It often happens that the client themselves is surprised at how far their presentation has come thanks to AITOM, and that we’ve shown them a new dimension in reaching their target audience. Sometimes, a website design brings about changes in the company’s strategic direction. This way of working makes a lot of sense to me.
To create top-tier websites, you need to know a great deal. How do you keep up with the latest developments in your field?
Our industry is advancing at an incredible pace, and if we want to deliver the best solutions to our clients, we have to keep learning. I’m educating myself in areas such as UX and SEO, as well as other topics like copywriting, content marketing, testing and web analytics. As I work alongside developers, I also need to have a good understanding of how websites are built.
What projects have you successfully completed recently?
We recently launched a new website for COMPOS – a computer hardware wholesaler. We created a brand-new site, and I think that, in collaboration with the client, we’ve managed to capture the essence of the service they offer perfectly. Thanks to this, COMPOS has recommended us to other companies.

On a different note, there’s the website for the Children’s Crisis Centre, where it was important to convey the meaningful work they do and help clients easily navigate their diverse range of services. And also to encourage children not to be afraid to use the crisis helpline.
Why did you choose AITOM for your project?
AITOM is an agency with an excellent reputation. I knew from colleagues that they go the extra mile for the client here and that everyone’s perfect work matters. Right from the start, I understood why – AITOM has a well-functioning structure and a proven process in place for top-quality work. That’s by no means a given in the agency world. Above all, there are great people working here and a friendly, family atmosphere. I believe our clients can sense this in the results of our work.
